I did that, and then realized the law is not always full proof! Good take on the prompt and an important message... Those types aren't afraid of anything anyway. That’s why they have suspended licenses! Victim’s rights need more prevalence. I also think the punishment should fit the crime, make the offender pay restitution or do some constructive involving their offence!
