Curve #2

She stared at her reflection. Never had she felt so complete.
She stared at her shoes in the mirror. Able to now view her feet!
She felt the stirring of life inside her. Tears welled up from within
She traced the curve of her swelling miracle. blissfully waiting for life to begin

I wasn't happy with my last' Curve' post..
so I tried again.
thanks SS

lol Lucy! That happened to me too - I wrote a haiku that was okay, so I chose to wait and write some prose that I liked better. :) I read your previous post - it was pretty good!

Your poem is gorgous - you described it just right. :)

This is just lovely. I thought of doing something similar on beer bellies!

Nicely done. I was going to say about how I approach it, but Keith got the hang of it before me ;-)

Lucy,
I think both carry weight. The first because the lack of inspiration strikes us all and the secret is to just plunge ahead with what comes into our head. The second is what come when the right brain thinks you can do better.

Nice. When I saw the prompt, I was like you my mind was fragmented, so I just didn't post. Great that you did!
