Your invited for Cyber drinks!
If you haven't heard of the hungry girl web site, you're missing out on some great dieting tips. Even though hungry girl is not sponsored by Weight Watchers, they give point equivalents on all their recipes. If you go to their website and sign up with your email address ( btw-.. it's free!) they will email you daily recipes and dieting tips. The temperature here on Long Island is into the 90's today and extremely humid. Doesn't that just make you yearn for a nice cold Pina Colada? Here is todays recipe, I just had to share it with you! While you're sitting back enjoying one, check out the fat, calories and points on a regular one. Holy Pineapple! I usually can't stop at one of these! Cheers!

Miss Lucy....that looks like an amazing and refreshing drink! I've been making fresh smoothies in my blender several mornings a week now. I'm always looking for some healthy alternatives! I think my parents use something like Stevna for their sweetner and they love it (Dad is diabetic).
Happy Wednesday, wonderful you!!

Sending cool, breezy vibes, albeit cyberly, to you, Ms. Lucy! It's hot here in southern VT, too, but I have to admit it's rather welcome as we've had a whole lotta rain and cold-ish weather. A little sun on my neck and in my neck of the woods is most appreciated. Thanks for the link to the "hungry girl" site...still need to lose some pounds.

You're SO welcome Jen, We need to make a real life drink date! xo
Happy Wednesday to you too SweetiePie Jane!
I could use a smoothie today! xo
Nice music with this post!!
Sorry but I think that I'll pass on this drink. I like my drinks non-creamy. Now if you find a low-cal vodka martini, I'm in! ;-)
Lucy,
I hereby declare you BLOGGER-WIZARD EXTRAORDINAIRE!
xoxoxo, Jen
P.S. And I promise to check for typos before I hit send from here on out.
That was my most favorite drink of the seventies and eighties, with dark rum though! I still partake on occasion…and that looks pretty good as I sit here in the middle of the night, feeling like I’m in Mexico. Hot and humid. Do you think I would disturb anyone if I went downstairs’ and turned on my very loud blender and made one of those? Yeah that’s what I thought; I’ll stick to ice tea for now. I will however have one in your honor in the very near future! I’m flying over to that diet website PDQ! Thanks!
Thank lulu Lucy!
Love and hugs Sherrie
Thanks for sharing the recipe! It looks so yummy! And I dig the music too, haven't heard this song in years!!
